Nancy’s Smile Makeover

Nancy’s case was complicated. Both her maxillary central incisors needed to be removed due to fracture and internal resorption. There was also a size discrepancy in her maxillary incisors. Her maxillary right lateral was genetically missing. The decision was made to place two implants in the maxillary central incisor area. Then an implant bridge was fabricated to replace the three teeth.
